We are a new team who are due to start our second season in this league, and the team has been set up to be successful through having fun and getting fit. It gives young adults the chance to get off the street and enjoy the competitiveness of sport. We truly believe we will win the league this season should we have the funds/kit.
Our main priority is a home/away kit but we will appreciate anything possible from a sponsor.
This local football team has been in the community for 30 years, and all local children have played for this local team. We have 2 under 11s teams which is run by two close friends. We have 30 local children wanting to play for our local team.
We are looking for 26 outfield football kits and 4 goalkeeping kits, with the sponsor name across the front.
We would like our sponsor to help us buy a new kit, with their logo on the shirts. Also, coats for when we are training and for cold match days. We would like a few balls and bibs too, but any help would be great as the children will benefit.

Why should a Business sponsor this Team? |
A sponsor should pick our team because we are keeping 20 children off the streets. We have children with ADHD and other problems, and we are keeping them and away from the police with a hobby, and giving them something to do. We play Saturday mornings and train twice per week. We also put the team photo in local newspaper so it will be good advertisement.

We would be grateful for financial backing and help with equipment.
We are the only open age team in our village providing football for local people that wish to play for us.

What does this Team need from a Sponsor? |
We are a new club only set-up 4 seasons ago, and started with only 2 age groups u10s and u14s. We now have 8 age groups consisting of u8, u9, u10, u11, u13, u14, u16 and a senior team. Each year we have been lucky and found a sponsor for each team, but with the state of the economy we are finding it so hard for this coming season. We have kept our subs to a minimum making sure parents can afford them but this only pays for our league fees and training facilities.
We need funding to buy the club new strips & equipment.

We are the oldest Sunday Football Team in Bradford and are founding members of the Bradford Sunday Alliance. Playing for over 50 years, we were founded by Joe Williamson who ran the club since 1958, until 4 years ago when we took on a new manager. Joe kept on coming to every game until he passed away last year. Our team had gone 5 years without winning a game back in 2000, but we have recently started climbing the leagues and even reached a cup final 3 years ago.
We are currently struggling financially and in the need of a new kit as well as other money for the annual pitch rent, referees fees, new balls etc. Please can you help us in any way or form as it would be a shame to see the oldest team in Bradford fold due to lack of finances. We need a sponsor to help with finances, and also they require training jackets for the players with the new sponsor’s name and logo on, to advertise them around all of the local areas.

We are an established team - been going for 10 years plus - and have always been self sufficient, but with spiralling overheads and the recession it is harder to keep afloat than usual. We have a kit, but are in desperate need of casual wear, i.e. tops the players can wear on match days, training or general get-togethers. This would give a more professional a sense of togetherness
We need training/casual tops for the squad, and as these are worn more than the kits they are seen by more people.

We are a local team trying to highlight the quality of sporting achievement and ability from our local ladies. Be it youth or senior we have achieved a lot with a small team, and with the right support we want to show potential recruits that we are a team going places. We will be wearing our team polo shirts with sponsor’s logos before and after all of our games home and away, and of course during the matches. We will be showing off our sponsors and looking for a local business to represent our status as a strong community-spirit based squad.
We need fundraising for a new kit, and it would be ideal to support us in raising the cash, or for the sponsor and the team to come together and raise each other’s profile, with the end product for the team being a new kit.

Our club formed in 1996 and have provided a much needed inlet for girls to play competitive football. We have five different age groups from Ladies through to U11’s; there are around 60 girls in total. We have kept the fees down to a minimal to allow the girls to afford it. The club tries to provide everyone with a free kit, outdoor jackets and training tops. They come from various different backgrounds but the majorities are disadvantaged areas and separated families. It is great to see all these girls turn up week in week out in all sorts of weather.
Each year the club has to apply for grants in order to maintain financially viability. This is becoming hard and harder with the financial downturn. It would be good to form links with a company that is prepared to help support the club and be involved in some way. Each member of the club is a volunteers and the only outlay is for pitches, referees, coaches and indoor training.

A business should sponsor this team because we are not one of the more recognised clubs, and we find it hard to attract sponsors. Because we aren’t a 'big' club we also find it hard to attract players. Last season we won the second division with a squad of 14 including 2 players who had never been involved in organised teams and two players who were playing a year above their age group. This shows how much time and effort everyone involved on the team has put in.
We would like someone to be active in their support for the team who would like to meet the players and parents. Someone who can gain pleasure in knowing they have contributed to the squad’s achievements, not only financially but also morally. Anyone who sponsors us will hopefully come to watch us, and will understand what we’re about.

We are an integral part of our club which has been established since the mid nineties. We have been together as a team for 3 years and play in the top division of the Warrington Junior League. We are proud to say that our team has not seen one single player leave the club in the 3 years we have been together. Several of our boys have attracted interest from the local pro clubs Everton and Man City, which is testimony to their dedication and ability, and also to the standard of coaching and support they receive from the club.
We are happy to accept sponsorship from 50% of the cost of a full kit and equipment, which we estimate at £800 for a two season term. In return our sponsor will have their website linked to the club’s website and also the Warrington League website which is part of the 'Our Kids Sports' network. Our sponsor will obviously have the logo on our shirts and will be invited to our presentation evening to present the prizes. We will provide a framed photograph of our team and endeavour to get the local paper ‘St Helens Star’ to run an article.

We are a newly formed Sunday league football team, based from a local pub. We have managed to arrange funding for a team strip, but require funding to cover running costs. In return, we can provide advertisement for your business in the following ways: a) Display your business name on our kit advertising your company to all league players, members of the public, and customers of the pub, b) Display your company name in the local papers on match reports.
We require funding to help pay for the following costs: a) League and affiliation fees (the club has to pay for each player to play in the league, and for the club to be affiliated to the West Riding FA), b) hiring of a pitch and payment of referees, c) Insurance (it is a legal requirement that the club is insured).

We were originally part of 1 team of the same age, but some of our players were not getting played and we split two years ago. The same players have steadily progressed and we are now pushing the status of being the second team to being the better team. We have shown that with time given by the coach and dedication of players you can succeed.
We need a home kit, better training equipment, and some training kit as we have none. We have not had an actual sponsor since we were formed as a separate team and would like to look a more professional team when we go to games. Currently the players turn up in anything and none of the training/matchday wear has anything to do with our team.
Our team has been running now for about 6 years, and in the last 3 years have won 3 promotions and a divisional cup which has taken us from division 3 to the premier division. We would be very grateful for a sponsor as the ongoing cost of pitch fees and league fee are rising year-on-year. It is hard to keep up with the payments and to buy equipment, i.e. kits, balls, nets, flags, water bottles, first aid kits etc.
Any kind of help would be brilliant to help keep the club running and to keep up with the league requirements. Ideally our club would like a sponsor so that we could get a new kit with the sponsor’s name on the front, because at a cost of £250-£300 it would be very hard for us to pay the fees and get a new kit.
The reason why we should be sponsored is that we are a great set of lads that are very committed to grass roots football, and lots of clubs are going bust and cannot keep going. We have worked hard this summer to finish doing our changing room with very little money; just hard work from all the lads, and that’s why we think we should hopefully get a sponsor.
Our players would be over the moon to get a new kit and great new sponsor. We need help in keeping are team going, and in return we would wear our new kit with new sponsor on with pride, and knowing that someone still believes in grass roots football like we do
