Terms & Conditions

 

We will attempt to meet your requirements by researching and contacting potential sponsors in your geographical location, but cannot be held responsible if we are unable to find a business willing to agree to a sponsorship deal. All clients signing up to our database agree to pay an administration fee, and accept that their registration will not progress without this being paid. Our packages start at £10, and this charge is to cover the costs incurred in carrying out our processes. All customers will be given the opportunity to make this payment upon registration.

 

Once we have received successful payment, we may request further information to enhance your listing on our Database. Failure to provide these additional details within 7 working days will result in your registration being rejected, and a refund of your administration fee will be made after 30 working days of the original date of your registration. We are entitled to take the decision to reject any registration without warning or explanation, and even report suspicious activity if we suspect any abuse of our services, however minor. In these circumstances we will refund your administration fee within 7 working days of this decision being taken.

 

We may occasionally make alterations to listings and correct spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and the 'writing style' of any registration, if necessary. This is to ensure the quality of our listings, and for the benefit of every client. Display of your information on our database will not document any contact details, and all interested parties will need to come through us for further information. We will at this point alert you to this interest, and work with both parties to help fulfill the opportunity end-to-end. We will act as a mediator between football teams and their potential sponsors, but accept no responsibility for any complications that may arise from introducing the two parties via our processes, including failed negotiations or if either party decides that they wish to cancel any arrangement. 

 

Our 'Tell a Team' scheme is available from 1st July 2009, and we reserve the right to cease the incentive at any time, if we feel that such action is necessary. Referrals will only be valid if the relevant form is completed on our website, and we cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate submissions. Registered clients are encouraged to recommend as many referrals as they like, and the earning potential in uncapped. Payment will be made via PayPal in the form of a 'partial refund' of their registration fee, but we may also choose to occasionally make a cheque payment. A payment of 5 (five) pounds sterling will be made within 30 working days of completed registration by the referred client. Referrals will only be accepted as being valid once the new registration has passed our qualification processes, and when their details become live on our database. We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation, and in this instance the referral incentive payments will not be made. This is to ensure that clients that have been referred to us are genuinely looking to join our database for the purposes of seeking sponsorship opportunities. If we feel that there is any instance in which this scheme is being abused, we will remove your existing registration and may even report suspicious activity, without warning. Payments made to you will be classified in our accounting as an 'advertising cost', and it is the responsibility of the recipient to clasify this 'income' for UK tax purposes, if appropriate. 

 

 

 

From time to time, we may decide to make offers available to existing clients by means of email marketing, and any such incentive program will carry a disclosure of the Terms and Conditions relating to this promotional activity. Promotions made available to existing clients may be tailored and segmented on an individual basis, and will not always be available to every client. Similarly, some of our services, incentives, and processes may only be available to prospective clients in a bid to increase our future sales.
